Vice President Kamala Harris Unveils Groundbreaking Policies to Empower Black Men

Vice President Kamala Harris today unveiled a sweeping set of policies aimed at fostering economic growth and opportunity within Black communities across the United States. The cornerstone of this initiative is an ambitious plan to provide one million loans to Black business owners nationwide, with up to $20,000 in forgivable funds per loan.
This unprecedented program, to be administered through the Small Business Administration and local banking partners, seeks to inject vital capital into Black-owned enterprises. "Our goal is to create a new generation of Black entrepreneurs and strengthen existing Black-owned businesses," stated Vice President Harris. "By providing access to capital and comprehensive support, we aim to address long-standing economic disparities and pave the way for sustainable wealth creation within Black communities."
